What We Collect
We collect the following information to provide the Aegis service: your email address; questionnaire responses; daily and session check-in answers; and messages you send to Aegis in chat. We also collect account information including your name, country of residence and password (stored encrypted), along with progress metrics such as streak, composure rating and total sessions.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to power the Aegis experience — to operate your account, personalise your mentoring and track your psychological progress over time. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
How Long We Keep It
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time by emailing aegismentorapp@gmail.com.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct inaccurate data, object to how your data is used and request deletion of your data. You may request deletion at any time by emailing aegismentorapp@gmail.com. To exercise any other rights, contact us at the same address.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase. Passwords are encrypted. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage required for the platform to function — for example to keep you signed in and remember your session preferences. We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
