Who We Are

Aegis Mentor is a trading psychology platform providing AI-powered mentoring and accountability tools. We are not a financial services firm.

Not Financial Advice

Aegis provides psychological mentoring and accountability support only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, trading recommendations or investment guidance. Aegis will never tell you what to buy, sell, long or short. Any trading decisions you make are entirely your own responsibility. Aegis Mentor accepts no liability for trading losses of any kind.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use Aegis Mentor. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.

Aegis AI Mentor

Aegis is an AI-powered discipline and accountability mentor. Aegis is designed to be direct, honest and challenging in its responses. This is intentional — users should expect candid feedback that may be uncomfortable at times. Aegis does not use foul language, dark humour or inappropriate content.

Aegis is not a financial advisor, licensed psychiatrist or therapist. Nothing Aegis says constitutes financial advice, medical advice or psychological treatment. Users should not rely on Aegis as a substitute for professional financial or mental health support.

Aegis responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While Aegis is designed to provide personalised and relevant guidance based on user data, responses may not always be accurate or appropriate for every situation. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

Billing

Your subscription begins immediately upon signup. You will be charged £20 per month (or applicable regional pricing) starting from the date of signup. UK users are billed £20 per month, US users $25 per month, and India and Africa £15 per month (or local currency equivalent where applicable).

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. If you have a genuine concern please contact us at aegismentorapp@gmail.com and we will review it on a case by case basis.

Service Availability

Aegis Mentor is provided as a best efforts service. While we aim to maintain continuous availability we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions. We accept no liability for losses or damages arising from periods of unavailability. In the event of planned maintenance we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where possible.

Data & Privacy

Your data is stored securely and used solely to power and improve your experience with Aegis. We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Upon cancellation your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
